FAQ and Solution:

①　Q: What should you do when a product has a problem that you can't handle?

A: Record product model and software version number, submit detailed problem description to our technical engineer for analysis. The more detailed your description is, the more convenient it will be for us to analyze and deal with it

②　Q: The host is always in the restart state?

A: a. If the voltage does not reach the starting voltage of the device, it will restart.

b. The SD card is faulty and can cause a restart. Please remove the SD card and restart the machine.

③　Q: Video files are missing or not available for a period of time?

A: a. During playback, the selected time period is incorrect. Please change the time period condition to select the video file.

b. Please format the SD card before using it. To ensure that the file format of the SD is consistent with the machine.

c. Make sure the wiring is OK, the machine can start recording normally.

d. Whether delay recording has been set in the menu.

④　Q: Four channel images, one without image?

A: Check the connection between the device and the AHD cameras

⑤　Q: What is the video coverage method when recording?

A: SD card loop recording, when the SD card is full, start to delete the original files and continue recording

⑥　Q: Remote control can not work?

A: The remote control is not installed a battery; the battery is dead; poor contact, re-install the battery; the remote control is broken.

⑦　Q: After the wire is connected, the machine cannot start up automatically.

A: Check whether the wiring is OK, the red line is connected to the positive pole of the car battery, the black line is connected to the negative pole of the car battery, and the brown line is connected to the ignition switch of the car key.

⑧　Q: Forget password, cannot enter corresponding user channel how to do this ?

A:There is a RESET switch hole between the SD1 card bezel and LOCK indicator,press for 5s to restore the factory settings.
