Features:

K-0262 (Universal / high strength thread sealant) is a one-component, thixotropic viscosity, high strength excellent chemical resistance Anaerobic thread sealant. This thread sealant between close fitting metal surfaces and cured and air separation.

Applications:

This thread sealant to avoid loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. For M36 thread locking and sealing fasteners to prevent thread corrosion.

Typical uses: thread locking, sealing and engine bowl-shaped plug seal.

Instruction:

1. The coated surface should be clean, dry and free of grease.

2. Insert the bolt painted in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged threads, a thin layer of this product work results in a 0.05 mm or less optimal.

3. For large thread sizes, larger gap will affect cure speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction force (torque tension ratio) assembly generated. The need to screw fastening applications to the critical value, the need to determine in advance the good of this ratio.

Caution:

This thread sealant should not be used on plastics; To prevent contamination of the original glue, do not have poured the glue back to the original packaging.

Safety Precautions:
