In the locked state, in order to reduce the static power consumption, it has no mobile phone insertion detection function and cannot be activated by pressing a button. At this time, the button action cannot activate the boost output, but the lowest level of the power lamp will flash 4 times to prompt. In the locked state, it is necessary to enter the charging state to activate the chip function.
