Usage:

1. Use one-third of the power of the soldering iron head when the body is opened. Press five times to turn on the power and press five times to shut down within 2 seconds. Press and hold for five seconds, then release your hand and press for another five seconds until the tip of the soldering iron is completely heated to melt the tin. Release your hand is to avoid the 8-second power-off protection of the pole, warm up for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, and hold it again to melt the tin and work. Press and hold the time to control it once every 3-4 seconds, and the time of the intermediate stop can be flexibly controlled according to the welding temperature requirements. Otherwise, the soldering iron tip will be burnt and soft if pressed for a long time. 

2.  Do not tighten the soldering iron tip and the pole too tightly. The electrode column is easy to touch. Too tight can cause damage to the soldering iron tip electrode and short circuit!

3. Do not use rosin in the soldering iron tip. The current welding wire contains rosin, so it is not necessary to use it again. The rosin prevents the soldering iron tip from heating. Please clean the surface with a steel wire after each use to avoid oxidation!

4. Pay attention to two points:

A. The body can only be used with one third of the power of the soldering iron tip.

B. The high-power dual-motor body also supports temperature control mode and voltage mode, both of which are disabled. Only use power mode. For example, if the soldering iron tip is 40w, the body will be about 15-18w;

The soldering iron tip is 50w, and the body is about 18-20w;

The soldering iron tip is 60w, and the body is about 20-25w;

The soldering iron tip is 20-100w, and the body is about 25-30w;
